Its highly concentrated formula with NCEF—a unique complex exclusively developed by FILORGA and inspired by revitalising anti-aging injections—combines a plant duo (Albizia julibrissin and Sigesbeckia Orientalis) to restructure the eye contour, lift the eyelid, and reactivate microcirculation, helping to reduce under-eye bags and dark circles. Peptides (4%) reinforce this global action by smoothing the eye contour, while hyaluronic acid delivers deep, long-lasting hydration.
