Throughout the product life cycle, safety is assessed at every stage, from ingredient selection to consumer use. Ingredients are characterized, impurities are evaluated, and their toxicological profile is examined to determine maximum safe concentrations. Product tolerance is also tested under dermatological supervision using tests such as patch tests and in vitro eye toxicity tests on agarose gel. Finally, after the product is placed on the market, continuous monitoring is implemented to collect any adverse effects reported by consumers via the cosmetovigilance service, allowing for reformulation if necessary.

We comply with the strictest regulations (European Union and United States) as well as local regulations in the countries where we market our products. The European Commission relies on the opinions of the SCCS (Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety) to develop regulations. The SCCS is composed of scientific experts (chemists, toxicologists, biologists, etc.) who assess the health and safety risks of consumer products (excluding food). The SCCS's opinions take into account new data on ingredients and new toxicological assessment methods.
